Stephen Campolo is a former fat kid turned weight-loss expert, fitness author, and a personal strength and nutrition coach to celebrities and some of the top CEOs in the country. He has helped thousands of men and women all over the world achieve their best bodies ever and he is not stopping. 
 
Stephen was 100 lbs. overweight as a kid and diagnosed by my doctor as clinically obese.  He had man boobs, a big gut and love handles.  He was the guy who wore his shirt in the pool and at the beach.  He was depressed about his weight and he had no confidence to talk to girls or make new friends.

Kell Bjorn

Kell Bjorn is an inspiring person who is dedicated to helping others!  Kell has been very involved in the suicide prevention space. After a friend of his in WA took his own life, Kell decided to open up about his own history of depression and started a podcast called "Stick Around - A Suicide Discussion.”
 
Each episode is a conversation with other passionate individuals focusing on improving others' mental health and discussing reasons to "Stick Around". He finds that the more open he is about his own struggles with mental health, the happier he is and hopes to inspire others to do the same.

Christian Smith

Christian Smith fought hard to overcome his addiction and now lives a life of helping others who are struggling with the same.  Christian was born and raised in Utah and served a mission for his church in South Africa. Upon completion of his mission, he returned home and married his wife of nearly 40 years, Kelle.
 
Quickly into the marriage, Christian began “self-medicating” his emotional pain with opiates, introduced by a motorcycle accident. Alcohol soon followed, along with gambling, pornography, inappropriate relationships outside of marriage, and finally the “coup de grace”...crack cocaine.  Spiritually bankrupt and with family, friends, neighbors, God, and especially with himself.
 
When one looks for a change in a person, they look for someone who is being honest, who is dependable, good with people, and works hard – this is who Christian is now.  Tune in and you will be inspired by his amazing story.

Chandler Turley

Chandler Turley use to believe that he was worthless but now knows his value and loves who he is!  Chandler was born and raised in Salt Lake City and went to Olympus High School.  He grew up in a small close-knit family with two brothers.  He served an LDS mission in Auckland New Zealand.  Shortly after his mission, his 10-plus year battle with addiction started.
 
Just over two years ago Chandler entered Wasatch Recovery where he learned the tools he needed to save his life and beat his addiction.  Chandler graduated with a degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Utah and is currently getting his Masters's in clinical psychology with a goal of working in the field of mental health and addiction. 
 
Chandler and his wife started a charity called ‘Spread the Warmth’ where they collect socks every November and pass them out to the homeless around the Salt Lake valley.

Dave Lindsay

Dave Lindsay is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet and I am honored to call him my friend.  Dave is a film producer and director and has most recently directed the award-winning true-crime documentary, Dog Valley. This important LGBTQ-themed film is about the 1988 kidnapping, torture, rape, and murder of gay college student, Gordon Church. Set in a rural Mormon community in Southern Utah, Dog Valley examines one of the most brutal hate crimes in the United States. It explores the life of the victim and his legacy and delves into the minds of the killers, Michael Archuleta and Lance Wood. It also shows the crimes' impact on the community and modern-day hate crimes legislation. Dog Valley is currently being distributed by Gravitas Ventures and was released on October 1, 2021.
 
Dave is a graduate of the University of Utah and is the President of Avalanche Studios, a film and video production company based in Salt Lake City, Utah.  He has produced and directed hundreds of local, regional and national television commercials and business-related media projects.  He has also produced several documentaries and television projects including The New SLC (2020), Front Man: The Alex Boyé Story (2010), Mario’s Conviction (2008), and Los Mormon Boys (2007).
 
He is a past winner of Utah Business Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 and has been honored by the Salt Lake Chamber as a Chamber Champion. Dave and his wife, Heidi, are the proud parents of two girls and two boys and live in Sandy, Utah.  Tune in and listen to how Dave lives his amazing life!

Beau Millett

Beau Millett should not be alive but he is here being an inspiration to all of us!  Beau was in a serious car accident where he was ejected and thrown between 40-100 feet.  He suffered a compound fracture in his right Femur and broke nearly every bone in his face and a Le Forte lll fracture.  But most challenging was a severe Traumatic Brain Injury in which he had to have a piece of his skull removed to relieve pressure on his brain.  Along with regaining the function of his body, he also battled infection on his brain over the next year adding more complications along the way.
 
With his faith and Family Beau has persevered through this trial, has remained positive, and hopes to show others that regardless of the challenges you face you can push through and make the most of it!
