Mark Moore

Terry Tucker

Terry Tucker is an amazing human being and the author of Sustainable Excellence, Ten Principles to Leading Your Uncommon and Extraordinary Life. Terry is a cancer warrior for the past 9 years which has helped him create a beautiful and empowering mindset.
 
Terry brings a unique and positive bent to the idea of health and self-improvement. He focuses on the healthy aspect of being sick by 1. Controlling your mind, so it doesn’t control you. 2. Embracing the pain and suffering and using it to make you a stronger and more determined individual, and 3. Remembering that as long as you don’t quit, you can never be defeated.
 
Terry played NCAA Division 1 basketball and graduated from The Citadel. He became a police officer where he eventually became a SWAT hostage negotiator. Terry really is incredible! One thing he learned during all of his pain and suffering is that you have two choices. You can succumb to the debilitating discomfort and misery, or you can learn to embrace it and use it to make you a stronger and better human being. Terry chose the latter.

Tessa Stuckey

Tessa Stucky is a wonderful person who has a goal to save lives!  Tessa is the author of the book “For the Sake of our Youth” where she shares what she has learned about today's youth and the struggles they face in our current culture. Through her work, Tessa has become well versed in depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts in young people, and she believes that suicidal ideation among children is on the rise. It has become a big cultural storm- a storm that we haven't prepared for.
 
Tessa gives advice to parents on what to do in response to the dangers our children face growing up in today's world and shows them how to raise their children intentionally. Parents must make strong connections with their children and build resilience. 
 
Raised by two psychologists, Tessa has a natural deep interest in human interaction and genuine relationships. Now, a therapist herself, Tessa works with teenagers and has decided to take on parenting from a new perspective.  Tessa coaches and presents to parents her research on today’s teen depression, anxiety, and suicide rate focusing on parent/child connection. Tessa provides motivation and hope for families across the nation.
