Monday May 02, 2022
Coss Marte’s story is going to blow your mind! You will not believe what happened to him in solitary confinement at the end of a 7-year prison sentence. So, if you think you can’t change your circumstance or better your life, think again!
In 2009, Coss Marte was sent to jail as the ringleader of a multi-million-dollar drug operation. He was also grossly overweight and warned by his physician that his current lifestyle if left unchecked, would likely kill him.
Faced with this grim prognosis, Coss started to get in shape using the tools he had -- his prison cell and his own body weight. Within six months he lost 70 pounds and replicated his successful formula of bodyweight exercises with 20 other inmates.
Then he launched CONBODY, a prison-style boot camp that has gained over 70,000+ clients and has hired 50+ formerly incarcerated individuals to teach fitness classes.
Since the launch of his company, he’s been featured in over 200 major media outlets such as NBC, CNN, The New York Times, Men's Health, and has been a 3-time TED Talk Speaker, and The Ellen DeGeneres Show. You will believe in miracles after listening to Coss!

Ariana Alejandra Gibson
Tuesday Apr 12, 2022
Tuesday Apr 12, 2022
Ariana Alejandra Gibson is going to change the world! Ariana is a documentary filmmaker and mental health activist who spent her early career as a creative director and brand strategist for companies ranging from tech startups like Clearcover to Fortune 500s like Dell, Elkay, and Nationwide.
Ariana is the Founder and CEO of STIGMA, a new mental health app that uses storytelling to fight loneliness and improve mental health. She is also one of the 46% of Americans who will personally experience mental illness in their lifetimes and believes the only way to normalize conversations about mental health is to be brave enough to have them.
When Ariana was growing up, she didn’t have an outlet for talking about her father who had schizophrenia. A boyfriend’s father even once said that his son couldn’t have children with Gibson because then their children would also have schizophrenia. She felt shamed and stigmatized for her father’s illness and figured others probably did too.
So, she created the Stigma app, which allows users to share their personal struggles and stories and even ask for a message of hope. Gibson found that sometimes just hearing, “You are not alone,” can help a lot. Gibson is also partnering with BRAVE, which can connect users with mental health professionals. Gibson talks to host Jacoby Cochran about the origin of the app and how a social experiment in her neighborhood helped her decide she needed to create it.

Erin Evans

Monday Apr 04, 2022
Erin Evans left the comforts of home to chase her dreams in the big city of New York, where she received a degree in fashion merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Encouraged by friends to write about how she coped with the most traumatic time of her life, she penned her family’s memoirs as a salve for others who are simultaneously battling a terminal illness and addiction.
While working as a director at a prestige art gallery in Park City, Erin also produced and hosted several segments for a local television station. She covered the highly publicized Women’s March in Park City and interviewed Jane Fonda, Jim Parsons, Priyanka Chopra Jonas as well as several other celebrities during the Sundance Film Festival.
After the death of her parents and her sister battling addiction, Erin is an example that you can overcome anything and help others in the process. You can usually find Erin enjoying nature or traveling with her husband, Mike, and their rescue dog, Bella. You are going to love her and want to be more like her.

Savvy Jardine
Thursday Mar 24, 2022
Thursday Mar 24, 2022
Savvy Jardine is equally as fabulous as she is kind and loving. She has a passion for helping others to feel good on the inside and out! Although she comes from the small town of Aurora, Utah, she has always been highly driven and ambitious. From the time that she was crowned as Miss Utah's Outstanding Teen and was invited on the set of Good Things Utah, she knew it was something that she wanted to do!
In the meantime, she cheered for 4 years at Utah Valley University and left there with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies. She married the love of her life in 2020 and they adventured to Hawaii for the next year! She took on many roles in Hawaii and supported her husband while he was playing basketball and getting his master's degree at the University of Hawaii.
Upon returning to the mainland in 2021, she applied for an opening as a producer of none other than Good Things Utah. With a deeper sense of self-worth and newfound confidence in what she has to offer, she was offered the position and is currently striving to make a positive impact on the show.
In today's episode, Savvy dives into the different aspects that make up our identity. She hopes to help listeners see the gift they already are, not in what they 'do' but in who they have always been. Savvy will inspire the audience to own their power from within and step into who they were meant to be.
